Building Tip of the Week: Marking the Servo Bays

Posted by aerobeez On November - 6 - 2014

Hey pilots, welcome back for another installment of Pete’s Tip of the Week! We took a week off last week from the tips portion of our blog, but now we are back with another great tip for your builds. As always, these tips are intended to help with all types of model building, even if you don’t own an Aerobeez plane or have yet to take the first step into becoming an RC pilot. We want to help you improve your model building, set-up, and eventually flying skills.

So without further ado, today’s tip will focus on: Marking the Servo Bays

When trying to locate the servo bays, you can use the press method or use a bright flash light on the opposing side to show the servo bay outline.  Mark and then cut away the covering with a sharp hobby knife.  If you don’t have a bright flash light, you can hold up the area to a bright table light or even up against the sun to locate the area.

Thank you as always for reading Pete’s Tip of the Week and check back for more each week!
